Terms and conditions

Booking & deposits

A booking is confirmed only after the required deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your event date. Until a deposit is processed, dates remain available to other clients.

Final guest count & menu changes

Final guest count and any approved menu changes must be submitted by the agreed deadline (typically 10 days before the event). Changes after this deadline may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be specified on your invoice.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within the timeframe specified in your contract may be subject to additional fees beyond the deposit. We will always work in good faith to reschedule where possible.

Allergens & dietary requirements

While we take dietary requirements seriously, our kitchen handles common allergens. Guests with severe allergies should inform us in advance and exercise their own judgment.

Liability

Elite Events Catering is not responsible for food consumed outside the agreed service window or removed from the venue by guests.

Photography

We may photograph our setups and dishes at events for portfolio and marketing use. Identifiable photos of guests will not be published without consent.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
